To celebrate the local voices of the Himalayan community, Bally commissioned a four-part series of short documentary films dedicated to the first phase of its 8x8000m pledge, narrated by the people who live among the mountain environments of Everest, Cho Oyu, Makalu and Lhotse. In the third episode, Yankila Sherpa, a trailblazing entrepreneur, women's rights activist and chief advisor to the Nepal Mountaineering Association, narrates, speaking to the cultural and spiritual significance of the mountains to Himalayan communities.

In the second episode, we hear from legendary mountaineer Jamling Tenzing, son of Tenzing Norgay, who first summited Everest in 1953 with Sir Edmund Hillary, while wearing Bally Reindeer boots. The film focuses on Cho Oyu, of which the Bally Peak Outlook expedition collected 500kg of waste from its base camp, as well as the positive effects of sustainable tourism on surrounding communities.

We are proud to present ‘Peak Outlook - Everest Cleanup Expedition’ a new project inspired by Bally’s initiative that marks its long-term commitment to preserve the world’s most extreme mountain environments.Led by Dawa Steven Sherpa and his team of experienced climbers and guides, the expedition successfully removed 2 tons of waste, helping to restore the pristine landscape between Everest Base Camp and its iconic peak.

Act 3 - Hair and Make upThe last step before getting ready for the stage. In this third chapter, Teatro alla Scala opens his curtains revealing the accurate and dedicated work of hair stylists and make up artists. From the conception till the final realization, taking care of every little detail in order to create a perfect artwork made-to-measure for the opera.

Act 2 - TailoringHere the second chapter of our incredible journey inside Teatro alla Scala, across the tailoring work on stage costumes of the most outstanding theatre of the world. All artisans work in the Ansaldo Workshops, together with costume designers, from the sketches to the creation, going through all the different stages by handmade unique procedures. In partnership with Intesa San Paolo.
